Power Negation is the ability of an individual to nullify the powers of others in the immediate vicinity of the user. Such effects are merely temporary and operate on a simple 1:60 ratio. In other words, one second worth of contact or exposure would stop someone for sixty seconds, so three second contact would cause three minute “blackout”, one minute equals one hour. With enough concentration, the power can be taken a step forward in which the person afflicted suffers physical withdrawal of the power, usually causing them to lose motor skills and even inflict pain.
